Tender Manager (all genders)
Key Responsibilities
Tender Process Management:
- Oversee the entire tendering process, from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations.
- Review tender documents, contract terms, and technical specifications to identify requirements and potential risks.
- Coordinate internally a team from several departments to prepare and submit the proposal.
Bid Strategy and Preparation:
- Develop and implement a winning strategy for each tender in alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, technical experts, legal, and finance, to ensure bid compliance and competitiveness.
- Prepare, write, and submit professional, high-quality tender proposals.
Market Research and Opportunity Identification:
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential tender opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of tenders relevant to the organization’s services or products.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all tender submissions comply with regulatory, legal, and client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions, outcomes, and feedback.
Post-Tender Activities:
- Lead post-tender negotiations and clarifications with clients when necessary.
- Provide debriefings to internal teams on tender outcomes to improve future bids.
Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of past tenders to identify lessons learned and improve processes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, procurement regulations, and market demands.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or Biology.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in tendering, bid management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing successful tenders, especially in [specific industry, e.g., construction, IT, etc.].
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement systems, tendering platforms, and relevant software
